Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 Business days. If a high volume of sales occurs at the time of order, expect processing times to be 2-4 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is an average cost estimate. The shipping time does not include the processing time of 1-3 business days.
- Free Shipping- Qualifying orders $120 or more, 5-10 business days delivery

Economy Shipping- $10 with 5-10 business days delivery
- Standard Shipping- $15 with 3-5 business days delivery
- Express Shipping- $55 with 1-2 business days delivery
Shipping rates are subject to change on a case-by-case basis. Items may be packaged according to the vendor they are being sold from. This means if your order contains items from multiple vendors, then your order is subject to partial shipping. Your tracking number will be for the first package. We are currently working to be able to provide multiple tracking numbers.
Legal Violations
Customers are responsible for knowing and operating within the laws of their own city, state, region, and/or country. Jefe’s Airsoft Solutions are NOT responsible for any items lost as a result of legal violations. No refunds or replacement orders will be processed.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses- shipping may be restricted for destinations with these types of addresses. Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are able to receive our shipments at their address. If not, The Company is not responsible for any lost and/or additional expenses incurred.
Shipping is allowed to any valid address that receives mail.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Jefe’s Airsoft Solutions will do its best to include a tracking number, as well as shipment confirmation, however, it may not always be provided.
Customs, duties, and taxes
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Jefe’s Airsoft Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any delays in shipping or loss of product due to non-payment of shipping-related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages / Lost Orders
Jefe’s Airsoft Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Shipping insurance is available for an increased cost. Should you want Shipping Insurance, please contact Jefe’s Airsoft Solutions directly, prior to ordering.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Some items are eligible for International Shipping, some are not. Depending on the laws of the receiving country your item may or may not be eligible. To best coordinate an international order please contact Jefe’s Airsoft Solutions before placing an international order. As the customer is responsible for knowing the laws regarding their shipping destination, if the order has to be canceled due to the inability to ship internationally, the customer will be responsible for covering a restocking fee of up to 5% of the original order that was canceled.
Other
Shipping rates vary by destination and package weight. Jefe's Airsoft Solutions will not cover the cost of any international shipping as these costs can get to be as high as multiples of the cost of the item you purchased.
Items may be dropshipped directly from the distribution warehouse. Orders that contain dropshipped items may be subject to partial shipping.
